Skinny Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • 1¼ cup of pure pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup of pecans
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup of almond, soy or coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp of agave nectar
  • 1 cup of ice
  • ½ tsp of vanilla
  • 1½ teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
  1. Place pecans in the blender and run until they are ground up.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients into the blender and blend until mixture is smooth.
  3. You can optionally top with coconut flake, pecans and pumpkin spice.
