Crock Pot Herbed Pork Chops

  • 2 lb Pork Chops
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  1. You can optionally brown the pork chops in a skillet in 1 table spoon of olive oil.
  2. Then, place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
  3. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over pork.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7 hours.
  5. If you would like, you can make a slurry of 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and ¼ cup of water and whisk until smooth.
  6. Add the cornstarch mixture to some of the liquid from the slow cooker and heat until boiling, and whisking until thickened.
