Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 lb of Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • ½ tsp of salt (to taste)
  • ½ tsp of pepper (to taste)
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and set a baking sheet to the side.
  2. Remove/ cut off the stems and rinse the Brussels sprouts in a colander.
  3. Cut them in half and place in a medium bowl.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the sprouts and toss to coat. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spread the Brussels sprouts out on the baking sheet in a single layer and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Serve warm.
