Slow Cooker Rustic Beef Stew

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Beef Roast, cubed
  • ½ cup Flour
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp minced Garlic
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 lb Potatoes cubed
  • 1 lb Baby Carrots
  • 2 stalks Celery, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Brown Gravy mix
  • 2 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Place the cubed roast into the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over the meat, and stir to coat meat with flour mixture.
  3. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover, and cook on low setting for 10 to 12 hours, or on high setting for 4 to 6 hours.
  5. Remove bay leaf before serving.
