Fresh Watermelon Salsa

  • 2 cups of fresh diced watermelon
  • 1 cup of diced red onion
  • 1 cup of diced cucumber
  • 1 cup of diced tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup of chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup of minced jalapeno
  • 2 tbsp of lime juice
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • fresh ground pepper (to taste)
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Allow to set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour for flavors to come together.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
