Vegetarian Chicken Alfredo Recipe #BeyondMeat

  • 1 pkg of BeyondMeat Chicken Strips
  • 1 can (any brand) Alfredo sauce
  • 1 pkg of shell noodles, Fettuccine, Bowtie, Spaghetti, or any other type of noodle you like.
  • Optional: 1 cup Broccoli
  1. Boil enough water to cook a small package of shell noodles.
  2. Cook the noodles.
  3. While the noodles are cooking, you can either microwave or heat the BeyondMeat grilled chicken on the stove to warm it up. It only takes about 5 minutes or so.
  4. Once the noodles are done, drain the water from the noodles and add the can of Alfredo sauce.
  5. I cut the BeyondMeat Grilled Chicken strips into small cubes and added them to my noodles mixture.
  6. Optional: I try to sneak in as much veggies as I can so sometimes I add fresh steamed broccoli to this mix too but I wait until I'm just about to serve it to add it in.
  7. Serve immediately.
