of Brussels sprouts

of olive oil

of salt
to taste

of pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and set a baking sheet to the side.
Remove/ cut off the stems and rinse the Brussels sprouts in a colander.
Cut them in half and place in a medium bowl.
Drizzle the olive oil over the sprouts and toss to coat. Salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the Brussels sprouts out on the baking sheet in a single layer and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
Serve warm.
