Line an 8x8" pan with parchment paper leaving excess on each side for lifting
Combine the oats, peanuts and Rice Krispies in a large bowl and mix well. Then set aside.
Combine the peanut butter, honey, brown sugar and salt.
Microwave on high for 1 minute, remove and stir.
Microwave for another minute. Add in vanilla and stir for 30 seconds.
Pour the microwaved mixture over the dry mixture and incorporate evenly.
Pour into prepared pan. Press down to form an even layer.
Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over top and press down slightly.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove from pan using parchment paper and cut into squares.
