teaspoon
of cloves

teaspoon

of milk

of pumpkin puree

tablespoons
of butter

Instructions
In a large bowl, add all dry ingredients and whisk to mix well.
Separate the eggs, leaving the egg whites in a separate bowl. Set them to the side.
Add yolks of eggs, pumpkin puree, milk and butter to a large bowl and mix to blend.
Add pumpkin mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form then fold egg whites into the batter.
Pour batter into heated and oiled waffle maker and bake following directions.
Served with pecans and maple syrup.
