Place chocolate chips in one corner of a zippered sandwich bag and microwave for 30 seconds. Gently massage to insure chips are melted. Clip a very small piece off of the corner and write RIP (or other scary phrases) on Milano cookies to act as tombstones.

Prepare pudding according to package instructions and fill clear cups about half full.

Crush Oreos with food processor or in a plastic bag with a rolling pin.

Put a layer of crushed cookies on the top of the pudding. Insert the "tombstone" cookie into the cup and sprinkle bones and eyes around.

Refrigerate, according to directions, before serving.
