Tortilla Soup Recipe

This is a great weeknight meal because it only takes one pot and 30 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken shredded
  • 8 oz. Pepper Jack Cheese shredded
  • 32 oz. Chicken Broth
  • 2 Cups Salsa
  • 1 tsp. Cumin
  • 1-2 Cloves of Garlic pressed
  • 1/2 Cup Fritos crushed

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a large soup pot, except crushed Fritos.
  • Let cook until the cheese is melted and incorporated. Then add crushed Fritos. Let simmer an additional 10 minutes and serve.
