Simple Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz package Cream Cheese
  • 7 oz Roasted Red Peppers - you can buy these in a jar already done or throw some on the grill to make them yourself.
  • 1/2 tsp minced Garlic
  • 1 cup of Colored Bell Peppers we did yellow and orange, chopped
  • 2 tsp dried Basil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Drain the red peppers.
  • Add all of the ingredients EXCEPT the chopped peppers to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Add in the chopped peppers and pulse a few more seconds to combine.
  • Serve with your favorite crackers, chips or snack items.
