Whole Pork Shoulder or Pork Butt

cans Rotel Tomatoes & Chiles - I prefer the mild

bay leaves
Instructions
Heat oil in a large pan and brown pork on all sides.
Place pork in the slow cooker and add the remaining ingredients on top of pork.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Remove the pork and shred. Also, remove the bone if it was not boneless.
Remove the bay leaves.
Drain about half of the liquid and add the shredded pork back to the juices in the crock pot.
