Skinny Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cup of pure pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup of pecans
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup of almond soy or coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp of agave nectar
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
 

  • Place pecans in the blender and run until they are ground up.
  • Add the remaining ingredients into the blender and blend until mixture is smooth.
  • You can optionally top with coconut flake, pecans and pumpkin spice.
