Easy No-Bake 2 Layer Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 4 oz of cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon of heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups of Cool Whip thawed
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 pkgs of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 15 oz of pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
  • Cool Whip for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, blend together cream cheese, 1 tablespoon heavy cream and sugar until smooth.
  • Fold in 1 1/2 cups of thawed Cool Whip.
  • Pour mixture into pie crust and spread out evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup heavy cream and both pudding mixes.
  • Add in pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice and whisk until blended.
  • Spread over cream cheese layer.
  • Place in refrigerator for several hours until set.
  • Top with Cool Whip, if desired.
