Graham Cracker Pie Crust

of cream cheese
softened

tablespoon
of heavy cream
1
tablespoon
of sugar
1 1/2
cups
of Cool Whip
thawed
1
cup
of heavy cream
2
pkgs of instant vanilla pudding mix
15
oz
of pumpkin puree
2
teaspoons
of pumpkin pie spice
Cool Whip for topping
optional
Instructions
In a large bowl, blend together cream cheese, 1 tablespoon heavy cream and sugar until smooth.
Fold in 1 1/2 cups of thawed Cool Whip.
Pour mixture into pie crust and spread out evenly.
In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup heavy cream and both pudding mixes.
Add in pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice and whisk until blended.
Spread over cream cheese layer.
Place in refrigerator for several hours until set.
Top with Cool Whip, if desired.
