I have a little confession to share with you today. I am a little bit obsessed with trying to make things on my own that I have been buying in the store on a regular basis. This carries over into up-cycling things I already have as well and I feel it’s turning into an addiction. I guess saving some money and crafting while I’m doing it can’t be that bad, right? Some of the things I’m talking about are like when we showed you How to Make Playdoh or our DIY Pen Holder project we did a while back. I’m starting to get a little brave in my projects and move on to bigger pieces. So there will be more crafts, ideas and up-cycled pieces to come. Lipton Onion Soup Mix Copycat Recipe
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of dried minced onion
- 1/3 cup of beef bouillon powder
- 4 teaspoons of onion powder
- 1/4 tsp of celery salt
- 1/4 tsp of paprika
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1/4 tsp of parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp of sugar
Instructions
- In a medium size bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
- Mix well and store in an air tight container until you are ready to use.
- When a recipe calls for a packet of onion soup mix, just add in 5 tablespoons of mixture.
